Front Office

All incoming calls should be assessed by the Front Office Admin then redirected to the correct department.

 

  1. Log in to the frontoffice@nesscares.com

  2. All call feedback should be encoded in the ☎️ Front Office -Calls spreadsheet

  3. Send a follow-up email to the department concerned after the call.

  4. Be sure to gather the Name, Company Name, Callback Number, and a brief concern from the caller

  5. The Front Office Admin will lead the weekly front office team closeout making sure the designated department addresses all concerns
